Dear Elaine,

You may already know about these, but in my search for Christie McKINNON m
Alexander McCALLUM, I have been extracting all McCALLUM entries for Tiree.
Had a couple of pages left over so tried McKINNON - whew! There were
literally hundreds of them on each search!! I only looked under
christenings for mckinnon c* (female) but noticed

18.1.1785 Catharene McKINNON christened Tiree, dau of Farquhar McKINNON

So if you haven't explored the Tiree connection, perhaps there is some hope
for you there.
