I have direct ancestors that I know for sure were in the Pendleton Dist.:
Alexander BURNS I and his family (m. Ellen ROACH) lived there from about 1790
- about 1810. Jonathan BURNS I (m. Martha RICHARDS) was born in 1790 in
12-Mile Creek, Pendleton District, and moved about 1810. Details below:
