My roots trace back to Benjamine and rachel Sands of Washington County,
Tennessee. From what I have their forfathers originated in the State of
Pennsylvania. This Benjamine Sands had brothers named Othneil and Joseph who came to Tenn
but later moved to Virginia.Benjanine and Rachel Sands had the following
children;
1.Nathaniel Sands
2. Hannah Sands married Robert Taylor Oct 7, 1811
3. Michel Sands married Elizabeth Gardner oct. 12, 1808
4. Othneil Sands married Amy McBee Dec. 12, 1806
5. Issac Sands married Betsy Benner Aug 29, 1811
6. Thomas Sands
7. Mary Sands
8. Jacob Sands
9. William Sands
10 Joseph Sands 1782-1866
