You may well have the answer to your question by now. I am descended from Joseph Sanderson (son of Richard Sanderson). Part of the family moved to Ala. (Montgomery area) around 1835 (Almond, Edmund Lindsay (and family). As of three years ago, a ship has not been located that brought Richard Sanderson to this country (NC)
