Have great-grandfather Franz (Frank) Sagner (Saegner) that made home in Carroll County, Illinois. He was born in Germany on April 20, 1839. He lived in Grunwald, Kreis Glatz, Silesia, Germany. Now Poland. He married Mary Schindler. Had a son Frank that left the family, a son Julius, daughter Ida, Mary, and Anna. They came to the US in about 1885.
