I could not tell whether you posted your reply to Walter's post expecting a reply from him (which he surely would have done posthaste), but Walter passed away a couple of years ago. He is sorely missed.

He was the best administrator of any of the boards I am interested in, and the most intelligent and articulate. The Ryland board is just not the same since his passing.
