Hello listers,
I'm looking for obtaining the court records/transcripts and autopsy report of the murder of my great grandfather and City Clerk, Royce (Roy) V. Creek of St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri. I would like to see if anyone can locate them and possibly copy them.  His death was listed as a Homicide by firearm and there was an Autopsy and Coroner's Inquest. 

His murder was May 10th 1941 at 424 Edmond St. at the Junction Buffet and listed in the newspaper in several articles from the trial.  The person that shot my great grandfather was Bruce Goodwin aka "Coal Oil Johnny".  Any help on this would be so wonderful!
