In the Union Dale cemetery, Division One, Section D, there is one tombstone with the following 3 names:

David RISK,
Mary RISK, "his wife"
Harry J. RISK
There are no dates on the stone, but I would estimate the death dates to be in the late 1800's or early 1900's since this is the oldest section of the cemetery.
