I have been trying for several months to make a connection between my Great
Aunt Minnie (Leiss) Rhea
and a unknown Rhea which I had known first name. All I knew was that Minnie
married a Rhea date not known.
All I had was from a newspaper article in the Neodesha KS. paper about my
GGrandfather John George Leiss
death that stated that they found a letter in his pocket from his daughter
Minnie Rhea from Billings, Noble Co.
OK. This was in 1906 the year that John Leiss died.

I did find in the 1930 U.S. Federal Censes
William E. Rhea age 57 birthplace Tennessee State of Record OK., Co.
Johnston,Twsp. Thomas
Wife: Minnie age 57 birthplace Ohio State of Record OK., Co. Johnston,
Twsp. Thomas
Two children son Parnell age 23 and daughter Alva 15
Daughter-in-law Ruth age 21
