Hello Mary, this is my line but I don't have any information to add.
I believe Linda has put the family on-line at gencircles and most of my
information came from her. I am descended from William E. Ray, son
of Luke. He married Elizabeth A. Kefauver and they took their young
family, the eldest being my ggGrandmother, Sarah A. Ray, to Daviess
County, Mo. Some of the younger children were b. there.
go to http://www.gencircles.com and enter Luke Ray.
Thanks, Marie

Subject: [RHEA] Rays of Maryland
Hello,
I'm searching for any information on the Ray family in Maryland. Luke Ray
(b. 1740s, d. 1813) married Tabitha Willett (b. 1740s, d. before 1799) and
moved to Bedford Co, VA. Tabitha was from Prince George Co. MD, the
daughter of Thomas Willett and Isabella Allison. According to her brother
Benjamin, she left with Luke Ray to be married. Any help would be most
appreciated!
Thanks, Mary
