Hi Ed,
I keep seeing your name - think I need to write you - decide that it is
probably a long shot - and then circle around that thought process again.
So.... I decided to stop the circle and give it a try. Your Foley name keeps
catching my eye.

My great great grandparents were Edwin B. Jinkins and Elizabeth Jane Wray.
Edwin was b. abt 1819 in NC and Elizabeth was b. 22 Dec 1830 in Stoddard Co.,
Mo.
They lived in Mo., Ark., Tx., and Elizabeth also made it to Ok. before her
death in 1911.
They had 15 children and then raised "lots" of other folks children. In their
family bible they list the following as orphans:
Mary Jane Foley b. 18 Sept 1869
M. E. Miller - b. 10 Apr 1869
J. L. Miller - b. 27 June 1873
S. E. Miller - b. 6 June 1876
J. S. Miller - b. 12 Jan 1875

Mary Jane Foley md Irving C. Christian on 8 Jan 1890 in Jack Co., Tx. They
had 2 children that I know of - 1 baby and then Authur R. Christian b. 1893 -
d. 20 Mar 1894. Mary Jane - her husband and their children are buried in the
Gibtown cemetery in Jack Co., Texas.

Then there is another Foley. In the 1880 census of Cooke Co., Texas Edwin
and Elizabeth have this person living with them:
Elizabeth C. Foley - gniece - 13 - Mo.

So far I have not been able to figure out how these Foley folks are related.
Just thought I might check with you.
Thanks so much and take care - Emma
