Pennsylvania has recently listed several helpful databases at
the site:

http://www.digitalarchives.state.pa.us/index.asp

ARIAS, or Archives Records Information Access System contains
about 200,000 records that are accessible. Some are Rev. War,
WWI Service Medal Applications and Spanish-American War Veterans.

I didn't look under all the various spellings, but there are definitely
RHEA's listed.
