Dr. Bob,

I do not have a scanner but I would be more than happy to send you
a copy via snail mail but I do not have your address. Since photos
are not permitted on this list, perhaps I could send to you off list.
I could take this to my son's office and have him do it for me.
Just let me know your preference and address.

My Henry Tolbert (Tobe) RHEA died in 1904, not born that year.
He was a County Judge here in Titus County, Mt. Pleasant, Texas.
