#145- GREEN CO., KY WILL BOOK 1, 121-123.* Will of Alexander Rhea, son of
William and Elizabeth (Brownlee) Rhea. Dated March 9, 1815, proved March 27,
1815."I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Polly Rhea the whole of my
estate real and personal..." Named Daniel Brown, executor, and wife, Polly,
executrix. Signed "Alexander (His Mark) Rhea."

#146- GREEN CO., KY MARRIAGE RECORDS, 1793-1836, 29.*

#147- GREEN CO., KY WILL BOOK 1, 73-75.* Will of Anny (Rhea) Hutchason,
daughter of William and Elizabeth (Brownlee) Rhea. Dated May 26, 1812, proved
July 27, 1812. A copy of the will is also located in a Green Co., KY circuit
Court suit (Ref. 143). Land and personal property to daughter Elizabeth; her
care and schooling entrusted to Anny's parents in return for the use of her
negro girl, July/Juley, until Elizabeth turned fourteen. If she died before
marriage or lawful age, Anny's brother, William, to have land, and he to give
brothers Alexander and John "each one good suit of broadcloth and my negro
girl July to fall back to my Father's estate." See suit, "William Wells et
al. vs, Leonard Mudd et al.," (Ref. 143).


I am sorry, but I will be unable to continue the References and Notes. I am
trying to finish my book as well as do the Colonial Dames State Yearbook. The
days are just not long enough to do it all. I hope Pat will be able to return
soon and continue, as these Notes are a great help.
