Temple; son Isaac HARRIS, sole Executor. Signed Evan HARRIS, 14
Oct 1834. Witnesses: James WHITLOCK, Samuel RAY. Recorded 12
Jul 1836, E. TATE, Clerk.

HARRIS, Peter, deceased. 17 day of Mar 1823, wife not named,
sons Thomas HARRIS and Isaac HARRIS, John HARRIS and Jesse
HARRIS. Executors: John and Jesse HARRIS. Signed Peter HARRIS.
Witnesses: John LONG and Robert LONG. Recorded 5 Jul 1834, P.S.
COCKE, Clerk. Under the Account of Sale, other HARRISs mentioned
are: Morning HARRIS, Nehemiah HARRIS, Jr., Nehemiah HARRIS, Sr.,
Samuel HARRIS. Inventory mentions 3 Negroes JACOB, SALLY and
child MATILDA, recorded 5 Jul 1834. Another Account of Sale
mentions land sold to John COCKE on 7 Dec 1833, recorded 4 Aug
1834.
