In the same file:

On May 1st, 1816, John Balch conveyed to John Rhea, two lots Nos 63 and 64.
No. 63 was identified as the "blacksmith lot", the deed reciting:

that the said John Balch for and inconsideration of the Love and Natural
Regard which he hath and Beareth unto the said John Rhea who hath lately
intermarried with his step-daughter, Polly Dennis, as also for the Better
Support, Maintenance and Livelyhood and preferment of him the said John
Rhea, hath given, granted and confirmed unto the said John Rhea.
