Does the family in the following e-mail look familiar to any of you? I do
not have them in my data.

Dear Mr. Foley:

I wrote to you last week about my grandfather, Elbert
Ray (changed from 'Rhea' in 1940's) and since then I
have come up with more information. His father was
named Joseph Elliot Rhea (he was born 1883, died 1931
and married Almedia Hawkins), whose father was also
Joseph Rhea (he married Mary Harmon). All of these
folks came from western Virginia (some may have lived
in St. Paul, VA, which is in Wise County, near
Washington County). I'm still digging for more leads,
but I haven't found any connection with the
descendents of Rev. Joseph Rhea yet. Please let me
know if you see any potential connections! Thanks so
much for your time!
