When I was in the Richmond, VA., area a few years ago on business, I went
to the State Library and gathered up as much Rhea/Ray/Rea/Rae data as I
could find in a hurry. I didn't have much time after business hours.
There are several possibilities for James' father but none that really
stand out.
Much more work needs to be done here.
