I would be surprised if this were any one other than John Angus Rhea,
son of Rev. Joseph Rhea, and later a member of the House of
Representatives, Washington, from Sullivan County, Tennessee.
He was an attorney and big land dealer, many transactions appear all
through the earlier records.
