I wonder if the John Rhea here is the member of the U.S. Congress? There
was a John Rhea from Tennessee who was either in the U.S. Senate or House
who conspired with Andrew Jackson regarding the invasion of Florida that
almost got the U.S. in a war with some European powers and, while causing
an international crisis, ultimately resulted in the addition of Florida to
the U.S.
