I suppose there is a chance that your Elizabeth Rhea is somehow related
to my Ezekiel Ray/Rhea. I don't know how though. He was in Warren Co.,
KY., at about the time you mention but I think a bit earlier. He died
about 1811 in White Co., TN., but was in Warren Co., KY., about 1797.

Some think that perhaps there were others in the area related to Ezekiel.
