Hi people,
This is only my secound time so be gentle. I am new and haven't really
gotten my feet wet, but thought I would write and see if anybody could make
this a little easier.

My Grandmother Fern Ellen Rea, was born in 1906 in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Her father was Samuel M. Rea (the M is for Mcullen according to her SSc app.,
but I wonder if it could have been McClellen. Spelling wasn't her greatest
thing.)

Her Mother was named Eva Belle Coates.

The interesting thing (to me) about this is she used to tell stories of a
Christopher Columbus Brannen. I have since found a couple CC Brannens, but
cannot find the "missing link/s"

While they all claim to come from T.H. Indiana, it is so close to Illinois
I wonder if that might be a direction.
Oh well I ramble....
