I very much suspect that the Lewis Rhea in Hancock Co., IL., is connected
in some way to one of my Rhea lines but don't know for sure. Anyway,
there is a Louis Ray mentioned in the Mormon baptism of the dead record
that I have.

2 May 1877 Andrew Houston Perkins, grandnephew

My ancestor, Ute Perkins, lived and died in Hancock Co., IL. The above
Andrew Houston/Huston Perkins was his grandson and son of Reuben Perkins
who became a Mormon and died in Utah. Now how this makes him related to
the Louis Ray, I don't know. Ute Perkins' wife was Sarah Gantt. Reuben
Perkins' wife was Elizabeth Petillo. Now Reuben's brother, Levi, did
marry Lucy Rhea, daughter of John Ray and Polly/Mary Bolon/Bolin.

Anyway, there it is for whatever it means.
