Carter - just below a fall - part of Treasury Warrant 1366 dated October 18,
1779

306 - October 1, 1798 - John Rhea - 150 ac - Treasury Warrant 7635 dated
October 27, 1785 - on a branch of Molls Creek, waters of Clinch River
