Perhapsyou are looking in the wrong place for Moses Rhea's Will. Perhaps
it was in Lawrence Co., TN. I don't know for sure but who knows?
Perhaps you have also seen what I posted before about the Baptism for the
Dead amongst the Mormon Records about Moses Ray (your Moses).

"Moses Bolling Rhea is buried on the old Rhea farm just inside the
Lawrence County line near Highway 25."
