Am hoping someone has some information on this family. Am trying to find
enough information to know if they connect to my William WRAY (Ray, Rea).

Samuel REA
married Martha WILDER on 24 Mar. 1800 in Chowan Co., NC
d. abt 1833 in Chowan Co., NC
appears on 1800 census in Chowan Co., NC
Martha WILDER - died May 1851 in Chowan Co., NC
Both left wills in Chowan Co., NC.

Samuel's will in 1833 mentions: Christopher Rea, Artemes Rea, William Rea,
Wiley Rea, and Lavina JACKSON.

Martha's will written in 1846 mentions: Christopher Rea's children; Artemes
MANSFIELD; grandaughter Martha E. Mansfield; William Rea; grandaughter
Elizabeth Jane Rea, daughter of son William; Wiley Rea; and Lavina Jackson.

Lavina Rea md Joseph Jackson 20 Aug 1821 in Chowan Co., NC.
