This was my Grandmother's brother. I'm having trouble connecting to this
family - anyone recognize him?

"WRAY, Claude S., 85 of Roanoke, passed away Thursday March 11 1999. He is
survived by his wife, Louise Beemer Wray, son & dau.-in-law, Edwin & Betty
Wray; 4 grandchildren, Kathy & husband, John Chaale, Michael Edwin Wray &
wife Kim, Michael Claude Wray & wife Dee, Stephanie Ann Wray; 5
great-grandchildren, Zach, Chelsea, Steven, Tyler & Seth; sisters &
brother-in-law, Dorothy & Jack Miller; Clara Edna English (my grandmother);
several nieces & nephews. Funeral services were held at Oakey's No. Chapel,
with interment at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens."

Is he related, I wonder, to the obit posted 3/1 on FORREST D. WRAY. His
funeral was at Oakey's South, & was also from the Roanoke/Franklin Co. area;
parents were Forrest D. Sr. & Laurel E. Wray.

The other tie-ins I have on this family are father of Clara Edna Wray being
Robert Lee Wray, with Mary Lee (Lelia?) Sink being her mother. She married
an English, & they had two children, my father, Albert W. English & Ruth Wray
Moses.
