I am searching for John Rhea's ancestral line. I would be very grateful
for any leads anyone might have. He was born "somewhere in Tennessee" on
Feb. 23, 1776 and settled in Lincoln Co. near Fayetteville and is buried
there. Died Feb. 5, 1839. Married Sarah, maiden name unknown, born in NC
in 1776. Several children including a Pleasant Vincent Uriah (or Eli)
Jackson Harris Glen Rhea who moved to Hood Co. Texas in about 1855. John
is my ggg-grandfather via P.V.Rhea. Is this line related to Matthew
Campbell Rhea whose descendents were/are all over Tennessee? Thanks!
