The following two lists were compiled by Isaac Starr beginning in 1794,
including the names
of residents of Wilmington, DE who lived past the age of sixty. In 1845
these lists were
published in "A History of the Original Settlements on the Delaware" by
Benjamin Ferris.
The "FIRST LIST" gives the names of individuals who were over sixty
in 1794
when the survey began.
The "SECOND LIST" gives the names of residents who were added later.
