I thank you for e-mailing your website --- sorry that I still have not
found the parents of Lewis Rhea (1812-1884) m. Lydia Moorhead (1820-1880) at
the German Reformed Church in Waynesboro, PA. Seems I can rule our any
connection to the Rev. Joseph Rhea.
Because of his Franklin County residency, I am now studying the Samuel
Rhea family there. If you have any clues or suggestions for my research, I
would certainly appreciate your help. I have accumulated MUCH
Rhea/Rea/Ray/Wray family history in Pennsylvania --- including information
from publications by Hugh Calvin Rea and Henry Oliver Rea. Also, have spent
alot of time in the Franklin Co. Court House, Kittochtinny Historical
Society, the Reformed Church Archives in Lancaster, Pa., and the LDS
library. What have I missed ? or did my Lewis Rhea arrive from outer space
???
from a dedicated family researcher who enjoys genealogy, I
think !!!
