This is the Moses Rhea/Ray whom I think could be a brother to my Lucy and
both of them children of John Rea/Rae and Polly (Mary) Bolon/Bolling of
Warren Co., TN. John was a minister. Moses and Hannah seem to be the
same ones mentioned in the Mormon Baptism of the Dead as follows:

Mormom Records at Endowment House, Salt Lake City
Baptisms for Dead
Film 183,383, Bk B, pg 76, 27 July 1870

Relative Name Place Born Date Entered Informant/Member Relationship
(of member)
Nancy Howell Ray VA 27 Jul 1870 Dicy Ray Perkins daughter
Polley Bolon same same grandaughter
Patta Berry Howell same same grandaughter
Ritter Hudson Ray VA same same niece
Ruth Lockhart same same friend
Nancy Ray Coope same same niece
Moses Ray same Wm G. Perkins nephew-in-law
Washington Cooper same same nephew in-law
Ezekiel Hudson same same same
Benjamin Lockhart same same same

William G. Perkins was the husband of Dicy Ray Perkins. I'm not sure why
it refers to Ritter Hudson Ray. The record is hard to read perhaps it is
not Hudson but think maybe that the given name is left out and her maiden
name was Ritter, her first married name was Hudson and her second married
name is Ray.
