Wilson Rea, b ca 1770-1778 Henry County VA; died Aug 12, 1853 Franklin
County IL married first Fannie Ann Franklin ;she was still alive on Oct
4, 1838; married 2nd Feb 25 to Angeline Lewis, widow of James Lewis.
Wilson Rea was the son of William Collings Rea and Winnifred Wilson.
William Collings Rea was the son of James Rea and Johann/Hannah of
Henry County, VA. Winnifred Wilson was the daughter of Thomas J. or J.
Thomas Wilson. Wilson Rea's son , Abraham was my ancester, came to
Illinois in 1817-1818 or before and married Delila Neal. Abraham Rea's,
son Felix Rea married Mary Whittington and they had my great grandfather
James Monroe Rea. Felix was killed in the civil war and is buried in
Marietta GA. National Cemetery. Other children of Wilson were Gatewood
Dunn Rea, b Sept 18,1796-d Dec. 1850 in Poinsett CO Arkansas.Cynthia Rea
married Dr. James Albert Eubanks. Mary Matilda Rea also married James
Albert Eubanks (ca.1797-1855)After the death of Mary Matilda Rea
Eubanks, James Albert Eubanks went to Arkansas. Leaving his family
here.Elizabeth Rea(b1807-1808)married John Carroll Tucker. Other
daughters of Wilson Rea married Williams, Browning, Wood, Crutchfield,
