I don't have anything on the Rhea's in TN but I can give you Jordan's
family. I did go to the Family Library Center today and order a film on
the Rhea's. I hope to have more. Now I know where in TN to go to find
information.

Jordan Lorenzo Rhea was born abt 1825
He married Elizabeth Jane Massey ( 8 Mar 1843, in Wilson Co. TN, this
is a data I will
have to follow up on. )
Jordan died 15 May 1890.
I was told by family that they were buried in the Crabtree Cem. In
Benton Co. MO. One of their grandchildren married a Crabtree so this could
be possible. We went to find the Crabtree Cem. It is a beautiful Cem. Out
in the country, very quite and well kept. But no markers with names, the
Stones are all field stones. There is nothing that I have been able to find
to prove they are in this cemetery.

Jordan and Elizabeth had 10 children

Married: Martha U. Cordley 15 Aug 1869 in Warsaw, Benton
Co. MO.
died : 25 Sept 1912 in Washington, D.C.
buried: in Wadsworth KS
Military: Private Co. B 8th Reg't Mo State Militia, 1863-1865 was
wounded in action
Oct 30, 1864 at Mount Vernon, MO
Occupation: County Circuit Clerk for Benton Co.
2. Archibald Hall Rhea: b. in abt 1846 in TN.
Married: Sarah "Sally" Vance (1851-1922), 8
Nov 1867, in Benton Co. MO.
died: before 1926 in CA
3. Mary Ann Rhea: b. 27 Jan 1846 TN.
Married: Nimrod Benton Langford (1843-1902) abt
1868.
Died: 31 May 1933 Terral OK
4. John Franklin Rhea: b. 9 Feb 1850 , Wilson Co. TN
Married: Elizabeth Susanna Green in Parker Co.
TX , 29 Jul 1875
Died: 1872 in TX.
5. Malinda Jane Rhea: b. 8 Dec 1852 in TN.
Married: James C. Crawford, 18 Jan 1876 in
Benton Co. MO.
Died ; 15 Mar 1889 in Fristo, Benton Co.
MO, in childbirth.
Buried: at the Baptist Church Cem., Fristo,
Benton Co. MO.
6. Martha Elector Rhea: b. 21 Jan 1854 near Memphis TN.
