"Selling" is probably a typo for Seiling, Oklahoma. The first thing
that came to my mind is that Seiling is in Dewey County, in
northwestern Oklahoma. About 40 miles away, in the same county, is a
village named Rhea (just a wide spot in the road, with a church, a
store, a cemetary, and a few houses).
After rereading the message, it seemed likely that the late
Mr. Rhea's residence in the same county as the town of Rhea was
a mere coincidence.
