Dear cousins, I am passing this on (I am a descendant of Elizabeth Rhea and
Martin Luther Coiner.) Az. Coyote, Sue Senn

Hi everone, I have ask if anyone is working on
this line: John Rhea Sr and wife Febra. John b 1765? d 1848 Hancock Co.
Tn. John Rhea and Febras children: Joseph b 1788 m Nancy Northcross;
Aquilla(son) b 1790; Priscilla (twin of Aquilla) b 1790 m John McCollum
(my husbands direct line) ; John R b 1804 m Lucy Anderson; Sarah b 1898
m John Seal; Andrew b 1809 m Eleanor Millikan; and Celia b 1811 m Thomas
Frost.

In a letter my husbands grandmother had it said Febra was an Indian, found
in the woods by the family when she was 16 yrs old and one of the boys
married her.

Have you ever seen Febra Rhea (or any last name ) in your research? The
story goes also that John McCollum (who married Precilla Rhea) was killed
by his uncle because he married a half Indian.

Thanks, Penny in KY
