Dear Turk and Rhea friends and cousins,

An invitation is extended to all descendants of the immigrant
Robert Turk (c1690-1772) of Augusta Co, VA to the annual Turk (and Rhea)
family reunion. This would include descendants of the two 2nd
generation Turk-Rhea families (see below) as well as other Turk and Rhea
friends and cousins.

Thomas Turk, Jr (c1755-c1833) and Ann Rhea (c1755-aft1836) Blount Co,
TN, and

John S Rhea (c1748-1814) and Margaret Turk - Mill Creek, Bath, VA

The reunion will be held at the Post Oak Community Center which is
17 miles northeast of Paris, TX, at 10 am Saturday, 10/3/98. Paris, TX
is about 20 miles south of the Oklahoma boarder and about 70 miles due
west of the Oklahoma-Arkansas boarder. For more information about
directions or the event itself call Johnny Lee at (903) 982-5309.
Johnny is a 6th generation descendant of Thomas Turk, Jr and Ann Rhea
who lives near Paris, TX. He is a researcher of the Turk and Rhea
family trees and has organized this event for several years.
