in 2 tracts or parcels of land lying in said county of Rockbridge on BUFFALOE
CREEK whereon there is a water grist mill and saw mill --- one of said tracts
conveded to them by Francis FULLEN by indenture of bargain and sale bearing
the date fourth day of September one thousand seventy nine containing 9 1/2
