Subject: [RHEA-L] warning re: DAR numbers & researching w/ DAR membership papers
Date: Mon, 10 Aug 1998 00:33:31 -0000
A word to the wise: I'm a DAR member who just spent about a year back at HQ
and wanted to pass on a word of warning. Those of you who discovered a link to
any of the DAR messages earlier, and were thinking of using the info to join
beware! DAR is basically requiring full re-documentation of lines with member
numbers before 500,000. You can use the info as a jumping off point same as
you would with LDS, but you should still continue to gather your documents
(there are errors after 500,000 as well, but far less). It also helps to see
if there is a more recent applicant (that falls close to or after the cut-off),
who applied on the same line - info is better documented and more reliable.
Hope this is of use to some of you out there.
Marissa :)
