Hi,Cousins!
Is there anyone out there that has any information on Singleton Rhea/Ray?
He was born 1800 in E.Tn(or)Ga as the story goes.He was in Monroe Co,Tn in
1820-30 .Cherokee Co,NC 1839-50.He might have died in the 50's,as he
isn't there in 1860 and his widow was.He married Mary Henry 1823 in NC,they
had at least two children born in Monroe Co,Tn Pleasant M.G. 1824 and
Rachel Ann Darcus in 1830,there may have been a Sarah born there in
1828.Samuel M. born 1836 and
Hiram R.T.born 1838 both born in NC.I have been searching for the parents
of both Singleton and Mary for nine years.Any help will be greatly
appericated.I have the descendants of all these children except Hiram R.T.
Haven't found him anywhere since the 1850 NC census.Will share what I have
on this family.
