Subject: [RHEA-L] Rhea Teams (for all of you to read and comment on)

I am tossing this out to the group for opinions. We have almost 200 on this
list. Your opinion counts, and I personally need some help.

As most of you know there is a specific RHEA group on the list. It is very
large. It includes a traditional son, Archibald Rhea, and a nephew Rev. Joseph
Rhea, related to Matthew Reagh of Scotland and Ireland. The son, ARchibald
Rhea, had three sons that we know about, and their families and descendents
make up a very large part of this list.
I had considered having one person take each son, but that is really
impossible, as you can imagine. So then that means, that someone will take
each child, of each son, and take a team. We have had several already do this.

Then we have other spellings of Rhea, which are Rea, Wray, Ray, and Rae.

My main aim of course is to unite all Rhea's, and I think that Rea and
possibly Wray, may tie into Rhea. I am not certain about Ray at this time or
the few Rae. also my next aim, is to get these teams made up, and up on a web
page for others on the internet to see, and connect.

The Team concept, is going over very well, in the STITT, HARVEY, and CRAIG
list. I have been contacted by other lists, to teach them how to do this, so
I know word is traveling to the successes we have made. We will also be
successful, when we get a web page up, as the other lists have done.

Here is my experience of what works on one of my lists.
One of our TEams has about 8 team members, and the page is now up for them on
the web. It is extremely large, but all those members worked together to get
down to the 7th generation .

The Team I belong to is also very large, and where the above TEam was working
on one man and his descendents, we have three brothers, and we have almost the
same amount of info on each brother, which makes for a very large grouping.
and what the Main Team Leader is going to do, is to include the first three or
four generations, of all three brothers, and then each team member will
concentrate on the brother she/he is related to.

If you were a team leader, What would you want to do?

Pat
