Subject: [RHEA-L] ROBERT & CHARITY REA.
Date: Mon, 04 May 1998 06:54:12 -0400
Robert Rea and Charity Rea were both from Tenn. They marries in Franklin
County Illinois Mar 9,1844.
Charity's father, ABNER REA, was in the area in the 1820s (according to land
records) up through the 1870'(when he donated the land where Mt.Plrasant
Church was built). He was the brother of Wilson Rea.
They then disappear until the 1870 Franklin County Census. They must remain
in the area as they have children married there in 1867,1878,1872,1878, and
1887.
Any help locating Robert and Charity during these "lost years" would be
greatly appreciated. Also any help finding Abner Rea on Franklin County
Census Lists would be greatly appreciated.
