I noticed several people are research Rhea in Augusta Co., VA. Here are
some marriage records from Augusta that may apply:

Daniel Ray mrd Ann Larew, 29 Aug 1816

John Ray mrd Catherine Burch, 4 Feb 1800; dau of William Burch. dec.;
bondsman James Buchanan, minister John McCue

Joseph Ray mrd Lydia Nicholas, 14 Oct 1791; bondsman: Giblert Christian,
certificate by Daniel Friel & John Sutton that Lydia of age, her parents
dead, and no other relatives in the area.

Archibald Rhea mrd Ann Humphreys, 16 Oct 1798; daughter of David; bondsman:
David Humphreys; minister Archibald Scott - 26 Oct 1798 (The record is
unclear, but it looks like the license was applied for on 16 Oct and the
mrg took place on 26 Oct.)
