Ed--thanks for doing that lookup for all of us. It was interesting (and
discouraging!) and it will definitely save the rest of us from having to pay
for a search as well. I appreciate that.
Would you, or someone else on the Rhea-L list please post a list once again
(it's been a long time) of the ancestors of Samuel Rhea (1725) husband of
Eleanor Snodgrass (d 1783)? I still don't think I have a clear picture of
what we know for sure and what we are guessing. I'd like those two scenarios
clearly delineated. I'm sure others would be interested in this, too. Perhaps
someone has joined the list recently who has some facts. I'd really like to
re-open this discussion again if there are no major objections.
And since everyone is posting their list again, here's mine:
Samuel Rhea (1725-1811) and Eleanor Snodgrass (d 1783)
Samuel Rea (1762-1813) and Margaret Eaton (1776-1832) - E. Springfield, Pa.
Samuel Rea (1792-1883) and Elizabeth Ferguson (1799-1855) - "" ""
George Rea (1812-1888) and Louisa Jane King (1827-1888) - "" ""
Elizabeth Hannah Rea (1845-1939) and Darius Sanford (1847-1911) "" ""
Darius Rea Sanford (1879-1960) and Myrtle Mae Fobes (1881-1959) "" ""
Charles Rea Sanford (1919-) and Myrtle Edith Craig (1919-)
me--Diana Sanford Fitzsimons (today's my birthday, but I'm not telling how old
I am!)
Thanks
