One license is for Alexander Rhea to marry Mary Crockett, widow.

Interesting huh, Was Crockett her real name, or her married name.
Rockbridge Co. Va. They spelled his name Reah, but he signed it Rhea.

Also look it up, and tell me what it says next to Miss ? I can't read the
name, but perhaps it gives her maiden name.

There is also one for Rebekah Smiley and Hugh Rhea to marry, permission given
by Walter Smiley May 25, 1796
