I am sending this to the Rhea-L list as you will read, he has some connection
to the Rhea's. If there is anyone on this list that connects, or has some
information that he can share, please contact him direct, unless you belong to
the Craig list, then you should reply to the list.

<< Looking for reason out of Chaos:

There are some clues in a Will written in March 1804 and registered at the
death of Frederick Huffman SR., in Garrard County, Kentucky in Feb. 1805.

Our John W. Craig was the executor of the will of Frederick Huffman and the
husband of Frederick's daughter Elizabeth Huffman. Other key names mentioned
in the will that may produce some leads if you find them familiar to your
Craig line, are:

1. Nicholas Smith (Witness) (note: Elizabeth Huffman was married to a John
Smith before wedding our John W. Craig.)
2. Zachariah Ray (Witness) (could have been Rea, Reah, Reigh etc. ) The will
also mentions that the property line runs along Zachariah's land.
2.5. Randolph Hall (Witness)
3. His (Frederick's wife is Mary Huffman)
4. His sons were Henry, John, Frederick JR and William
5. His daughters were Elizabeth (Craig) and Mary (Caise, Cayce, Keys ,
husband George)
6. His namesake grandson, Frederick Craig son of John W. and Elizabeth.

If you have one of these in your line from around that time and place (any
spelling close to Caise or Ray) that you think could provide a clue ... let
me know .... gary
