RHEA List..... My two cents worth..........

We just ran into this SAME probem on the DAVIS list recently & IT points out
that WE must depent on the LIST Manager to do their job of enforcing the List
RULES.
1) Inappropriate subject not directly related to the LIST rules & objectives
should NOT be forwarded to the List because it creates>>>>>>

2) FLAMING, which should NOT be condoned on any LIST. Any negative ("or
constructive criticism") should be directed to the LIST Manager who's
responsibility it is to channel those activities. The List is NOT a forum for
critical opinions. If you "MUST", DO NOT hit the "REPLY" button and include
the entire LIST. This is NOT a FREE speech site. Two souls were banned from
the DAVIS List last week. {:-((~

Oh, that simple subject on the DAVIS list involved OBITS on the LIST &
generated over 100 e-mails, some very detracting. I wonder what would have
happened if we did one on LDS. ~~~ ~~ ~ ><}}}}o>
