Children of Simon Ray and Emma are:
i.Charlie E. Ray, born September 1888 in Illinois, not on 1910 census.
ii.Reatha P. Ray, born September 1889 in Illinois, not on 1910 census.
iii.Grover Ray, born October 1893 in Illinois, lost after 1910 census.
iv.Robert M. Ray, born November 1895 in Illinois; died Abt. 1938 in
Caraway,Craighead County, Ar; married Annie Lee Lowe.
v.Tiny Ray, born February 1897 in Missouri; died in Caraway,Craighead
County, Ar; married Bedford Box.
vi.Mina Ray, born April 1900 in Missouri, not on 1910 census.
vii.Myrtle Ray, born December 25, 1901 in Missouri; died November 21,
1968 in Caraway,Craighead County, Ar; married Mose Henson 1920.
viii.May Ray, born April 1905 in Missouri; died in Caraway,Craighead
County, Ar; married John
Pendergrass May 07, 1938.

Simon and family are listed on 1900 census for Pemiscot County Missouri and
on the Dunklin County Missouri Census for 1910. Next found in Craighead
County Arkansas in 1919 where my Grandfather ROBERT M. RAY had his first
child. Have been told that Ray cousins still live in Craighead County.

On 1900 Census Simon's birthplace is listed as Illinois. His parents
birthplaces are listed as Tennessee.
Simon had a brother ROBERT THOMPSON RAY who remained in Illinois and has
been lost to us until recently. Have received information secondhand which
came from Erwin Ellis Ray who I believe is a descendant of Robert Thompson Ray.

Any info greatly appreciated.
