As you have seen, I and a number of researchers have been busy working on
tieing all the Rhea/Reas together. Most of the work has been on the US side
of the family since they began to immigrate in the mid 1740's. The connection
to the Argyles has not been well documented but from Matthew 'the Rebel' Rhea
to present we have been able to piece together quite a lot of the family. The
last immigrants we have recorded arrived before the turn of the 19th century
though. A number of Matthew's children and grandchildren did not immigrate
and I have seen no reserach on the Ireland side. So, I am sorry to say your
Rhea ancestor is about 50 years later than those I have been working on.

I will pass you James' name on to the Rhea Research group - list address is
- - to see what we find.

Details about his date of birth, names of children and spouse along with their
birth and death dates would be helpful as we try to establish a connection.
