I allow all of my lawful debts to be paid.
To my wife Elizabeth Wray- all my horses, cattle, hogs, bedding &
Furniture, household Furniture, to dispose of at her discretion.
To my son (s) Moses, Elijah, John, Wm, Andrew, Isaac Wray- all the land
that i possess, except my wife's dower or thirds, to be sold and equally
devided after the death of my wife.
To my sons James, Benjamin, Daniel, Ezeiel Wray- 10 shillings each.
To George Wray- 10 shillings
To my daughter Mary Wright- 10 Shillings
To "my beloved Tabitha Wright" - 10 shillings
To my daughter Rebecca- 10 shillings.
To my daughters Margaret Grimes, Elizabeth Wray, Genny Wray- 10 shillings
each.
Executors: my wife Elizabeth Wray and my son Moses Wray.
Signed; 4-9-1802, this will of Moses Wray dec'd was proved by oath of all 3
witnesses, and or. And on the motion of executor Elizabeth Wray, together
with James Wright, William Brown, and William Wray, her securities, who
entered into bond in the penelty of $ 1,000 , certificate is granted her
for obtaining a probate, liberty being reserved the other executor to join
in the probate when he shall se fit.
