I would like to contact anyone who is researching the Ray (or variation)
family name in GA/AL/MS. I am searching for information on Miss S.L. Ray.
According to the 1900 census in Mississippi,Lieuisa was born in October
1857 in Ga; as were both parents. The Pickens County, Al records has Miss
S. L. Ray married to L J Price (Elias Jefferson) on November 23, 1876.
Elias Jefferson and Lou Ray were the parents of my paternal grandfather.
Can anyone help me? Thanks for taking time to reply.
